Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Item
Handcrafted Espresso Cups are non-returnable to ensure quality and hygiene. However, if the product is defective or damaged during shipping, we are happy to assist with a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to resolve any issues.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Returns
